About The President & Founder of Baseline Consulting
Todd Silva has specialized in CPM Scheduling and Claims Analysis during his 15 year career and also has extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry. From estimating, to Project Engineer and Project Management, Mr. Silva uses this diversified experience to bring the highest level of knowledge to Baseline Consulting’s clients.
During his career, Mr. Silva has put together hundreds of project schedules and worked on dozens of delay claims. He and his associates will always spend the time it takes to personally work with you to achieve the greatest results possible.
