Much of my work happens in the field — walking projects and working directly with superintendents, project managers, owners, and subcontractor trades to understand the real-world challenges affecting the work. A schedule that doesn't reflect that reality isn't useful to anyone.
A significant part of my approach is translating complex CPM schedules into information the field can actually use: visual work areas, drawing zones, sequencing plans, and other graphic representations of the work.
